Restaurant: Poke Go (漆咸道南)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 講到健康又營養均衡嘅話,不得不提Poke Go。佢哋嘅食物唔單止健康好食,而且選擇豐富。你可以揀魚、菇、雞肉,然後再配搭自己鍾意嘅主食。我個人最鍾意壽司飯 ,醋味令人開胃十足,再加唔同嘅配菜,個人建議加粟米、蕃茄同青瓜,因為清新爽口又健康。如果想要更加營養豐富,你亦都可以額外添加其他食材。最後,你可以添加各種小調料,例如木魚、紫菜、果仁等等,真心勁豐富。而佢嘅撈醬汁都好正,無論係蜜糖芥末醬定係芥末乳酪醬,兩個嘅味道都好正,會有少少辣味,再配埋酸酸甜甜嘅口味,真係唔錯。不過要留意一下,假日5:00之後落單就會有加收+1服務費。
