To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 預先係Chope訂位,平日嘅話都唔難訂,4-5日前都訂到。今次訂咗2:30pm時段,早咗少少到都可以安排入座。最值得推薦嘅係1️⃣鮑魚和牛酥 ($78一件),叫嘅時候心諗今次好豪,食嘅時候成個一啖咬落去,首先食到鮑魚有彈牙感覺,其次個入面嘅和牛餡好香牛肉味,加埋外邊鬆脆嘅酥皮,好味到令人想再咬多啖😍 有鮑魚有和牛,即刻成件事值回票價👍🏻上網排定文必叫2️⃣叉燒餐包同3️⃣帶子燒賣,2️⃣個皮好鬆脆,入面既叉燒餡好香,食到有洋蔥絲😍,而3️⃣對我呢個豬肉燒賣愛好者嚟講就正常發揮,帶子同豬肉一齊咬都無分離,豬肉口感彈牙爽口。4️⃣燕窩魚翅灌湯餃直程係失望,雪耳撈埋燕窩完全食唔到有燕窩係入面,只係覺得不斷食緊雪耳。5️⃣叉燒腸粉都有水準,先講叉燒係腸胃入面都食到蜜汁,其次個腸粉皮夠薄,雖然曾經食過更薄,但已經好唔錯,加上個豉油汁好濃厚,值得一試👍🏻最後,梗係要嗌甜品啦🤤 今次叫左6️⃣蛋散,咬落去好脆,加上有桂花香味嘅糖漿,口感同香味好配合,岩哂中式甜品嘅人呀😍
