To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 豫園係米芝蓮指南的上海餐廳,今次我是特意來品嘗精緻的上海菜!餐廳的裝修風格都是按照上海豫園為主題,大廳的壁畫描繪了老上海的風貌, 而且餐廳更有很多的落地玻璃,可欣賞到醉人的夜景。來帶上海餐廳必食的一定係小籠包!豫園的小籠包味道非常好,首先小籠包的外皮很薄,但是内餡湯汁非常豐富,小籠包一吃咬掉也不會有任何的油膩感,而且肉餡亦滑嫩。大家都覺得可以再來一籠。果然是米之蓮的級數。龍鬚鮮魚絲:這是餐廳的時令菜式,師傅將魚砌成一條條絲狀!只食刀工這道菜已經值會票價。這個菜式沒有多餘的調味,味道清清地但能食到魚的鮮甜味。值得一讚的係魚肉即使切到絲狀也沒有影響到整體的口感。上海炒年糕:這道是我最愛食的上海菜,年糕口感煙韌加上醬汁味濃,令人認不住一口接一口。

龍鬚鮮魚絲:這是餐廳的時令菜式,師傅將魚砌成一條條絲狀!只食刀工這道菜已經值會票價。這個菜式沒有多餘的調味,味道清清地但能食到魚的鮮甜味。值得一讚的係魚肉即使切到絲狀也沒有影響到整體的口感。
