To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去新蒲崗mikiki食譚仔米線，不過呢排想食得健康啲，所以唔食米線轉菜底，都係加$3。譚仔姐姐介紹有幾款菜，韮菜，菜心都有，我就揀左通菜。 .🍚 自選米線我揀左墨丸，魚腐，牛肉，清湯，譚仔姐姐話呢排送泡菜，真係好底。牛肉呈半生熟，有驚喜，唔會過老，魚腐正常發揮，泡菜酸辣酸辣非常開胃，但係竟然溜左譚仔既靈魂食材，”物演”。譚仔姐姐好快手叫廚房另上，有效率。.總括然而，可以轉菜底本人非常滿意，牛肉半生熟又係好滿意，仲有泡菜送簡直冇嘢投訴。
