To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去左間好耐冇嚟過既麵檔，呢度出名用魚淆湯。除左魚，炸豬扒亦都係佢哋嘅鎮店之寶。如果你唔想單一樣餸，你可以揀車仔麵餐。仲有呢度除咗下午茶餐有飲品送外，其他要另加。今日既我嗌咗個炸豬扒米線，不過我加咗錢轉咗冬陰功湯。米線同豬扒分開上，冬陰功湯唔係泰式飲開嗰隻，好大分別的。佢有洋蔥同埋啲香茜可能個湯係用魚湯淆，而又辣辣地，所以超級好飲。至於個米線唔係蠟口嗰種，同個湯好匹。塊豬扒無乜炸粉，有好多汁同鬆軟。呢碗米線40蚊有找，又好味，值得推介。
