To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前生日既時候去左st. regis staycation, 第2朝早餐就係係有米芝蓮一星既潤到食! 上網睇過佢係semi-buffet黎既, 不過可能因為疫情既關係就取消左! MAIN方面都好多選擇, 中/西/日都有, 我就簡左佢比較出名既中式早餐, 有鮑魚雞粥同點心.


雖然無左semi-buffet, 不過上主食之前都有水果/cheese/ham同麵包. 麵包都有幾款, 牛角包, 蘋果批, 丹麥酥等等.
