米芝蓮一星法國菜日本廚師做的法國菜。有日本食材的鮮度,又有法國菜的精緻,非常滿意的一餐。Set dinner 的每一道菜都很好。食材新鮮,調味有層次。每一道菜的材料都有自己的調味,但是放在一起吃又出奇的和諧,而且味道都比想像中好、特別。Second starter 的 Oyster ,Moroheiya , Spinach , Shiso :菜裏面放著蠔,非常鮮甜美味。Third course 的Kimmedai , Lemongrass , Avocado : 金目鯛燒得香脆,加上Lemongrass ,有一點像泰國菜。Main course Miyazaki Wagyu Tenderloin , Mussel , Red paprika : 非常好的牛扒。外面煎得香口,裏面是medium rare 。肉質好軟熟,牛脂分佈剛剛好。我們把白松露放在牛扒上吃。白松露很香濃。只是跟牛扒一起吃,味道會被牛扒蓋過。Walnut , Red Miso , Caramel : 加上紅味噌,有一點像日本的甜品。
