To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由於九時後入座會有八折,所以我們早已預留了位置。人少少,我地就決定散叫左幾個小菜,七味脆豆腐,天下第一雞,揚名國際燒肉XD,同埋一個花甲蟹煲。花甲蟹食落有少少辣,但勝左夠味道,而且花甲同蟹肉份量都夠,$368一個OK的;七味脆豆腐,炸到脆卜卜香噴噴,$78一份,雖然周圍都有呢味菜,但呢間個量都算多,而且個味都唔錯,推薦叫;揚名國際燒肉,$98一碟,名字有趣,食落同我想像中既差不多,惹味,肉質嫩,都OK(由於呢款係米芝蓮推介,所以本身對佢既期望就比其他野高)!最後天下第一雞,$338/隻,雞肉肉質鮮嫩,咬落有口感,入味而且不油膩!值得一試。
