To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早幾日，被邀請參加一個公司飯局，地點為米芝蓮火鍋餐廳，歡心期待同歡喜一路食一路有驚喜，我地揀左豬骨濃湯同胡椒豬肚湯底，味道調教得恰到好處火鍋食材方面，我個人認為樣樣都係頂級，但係我就最愛花雕秘醃手砌雪花牛頸脊，我個人認為係必食之選，佢醃製後多左陣好香既花雕味之餘又完全無影響肉質，一大驚喜。價錢方面，米芝蓮餐廳，當然收米芝蓮既價錢，所以好難用平民價錢去比較食物質素：食物份量：員工質素：餐廳環境：性價比 ：
