聽講依一間麥記美食,連續咗好多年榮獲米芝蓮餐廳,所以我特登去朝聖一下。我哋先試咗紅油抄手餐,除咗有紅油抄手之外,仲有三隻鍋貼同埋一杯飲品,我哋揀咗豆漿。紅油抄手皮薄餡多,入口滑嫩,紅油醬香辣開胃,但有小小微酸;鍋貼煎得香脆,餡料鮮美,就係佢哋鍋貼令到佢哋可以拎到米芝蓮!配上一杯豆漿,清爽解膩,真係一個好滿足嘅餐點。然後,我哋又試咗鴛鴦餐,入邊有四個生煎包、四個煎鍋貼、一碗酸辣湯同一支飲品。生煎包外脆內多汁,煎鍋貼皮脆餡鮮,酸辣湯酸中帶辣,開胃解膩。最後,再來幾款經典小點心,小籠包同燒賣。小籠包皮薄湯多,餡料鮮香;燒賣肉質鮮嫩,餡料爽口,簡單嘅點心卻展現出麥記美食對食材嘅用心與匠心😋😋😋
