To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近想食得清淡少少,但有口淡淡諗唔到食咩好,結果就揀咗越南菜。天氣熱得黎,又唔想飲甜野,就叫咗個椰青消暑。椰青好大隻,又夠鮮甜,絕對係清涼推介!叫咗呢個雞絲湯河,雞絲咁多,河粉好滑,再加埋個湯底都好夠味道。另外仲叫咗呢個上湯浸時蔬,有好多種唔同嘅菜浸喺淡淡嘅上湯入面,非常之健康!埋單都係一百蚊,就食到米芝蓮餐廳啦!感覺超抵食!
