難得跟屋企人出街食飯,今次就來到這間榮獲12屆米芝蓮推介的中菜餐廳食飯!餐廳平日晚上都有不少人用膳,而他們的粵菜菜式非常經典,值得試試!招牌砵仔焗魚腸,平時去一些中式餐廳如果有得選擇這個菜式我都會點來吃!這裡的焗魚腸比平時出面食到的美味,面層焗到脆身,內裡的魚腸份量一點也不少,果皮的味道都好香濃,蒸蛋的味道都好鮮甜,味道濃郁,再加上胡椒粉一齊食特別惹味!順德煎釀鯪魚,這款粵菜現在已經越黎越少見,因為工序較繁複,好多中菜餐廳都已經不會再整!這裡的煎釀鯪魚先整條鯪魚起皮,入面再釀有拌入調味料和魚膠。魚肉入面拌入了蝦米、蔥花等材料,味道十足!而魚皮炸到脆卜卜,食的時候非常有口感!而碟邊亦有醬汁可以點,令鯪魚肉的鮮味更突出!蝦醬豆卜蒸爽肉,這款菜式最岩跟飯一起吃!估唔到豬肉都可以食到咁爽脆,豆卜和爽肉吸收了蝦醬的味道,味道香濃,令人回味!
