Restaurant: 容記小菜王

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 容記小菜王今次要介紹喺太子米芝蓮推介嘅中菜「容記小菜王」,輪椅人士去呢度食飯夠哂方便,除咗門口有斜路之外,入面仲有升降機可以上到一樓,想到去見到似酒樓嘅格局,但價錢係「打冷」嘅價錢,性價比超高!1.前菜:青瓜(7/10)比較淋身,唔夠脆身!2.鹹魚雞粒炒飯$108(9/10)飯底炒得好乾身,飯粒粒分明,鹹魚炒到入口即溶,雞粒肉質嫩滑,呢個炒飯份量超多,多過兩人份量,最後我要打包一半走!3.砂窩紅酒燴牛尾$168(9.5/10)早排我喺Hktvxxxx買牛尾,$50得4舊,仲要喺星期二特價買,但呢度牛尾竟然份量多到有10舊,而且每舊都大大舊,骨大肉厚夠肥夠淋身,仲要用紅酒燴添,零舍好味,其他配料仲有紫洋蔥同蕃薯!4.鮑汁雜菌自家製豆腐$98(9/10)呢碟自家製豆腐份量都相當多,一碟都有8大舊好滑嘅豆腐,除咗好滑仲充滿香濃蛋味,面上仲有鋪滿紫菜,再淋上鮑汁,其他配菜仲有4條菜心、雜菌同紅蘿蔔絲!2人總共價錢$465,茶位每位$15,前菜$15,有加一服務費!個人口味總評分:8.625/10地址:太子太子道西123號地舖

2.鹹魚雞粒炒飯$108(9/10)
飯底炒得好乾身,飯粒粒分明,鹹魚炒到入口即溶,雞粒肉質嫩滑,呢個炒飯份量超多,多過兩人份量,最後我要打包一半走!
