To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 🍽️餐飲: 💮片皮雞二食跟片皮鴨一樣配青瓜絲,蔥絲及海鮮醬,但整體味道相對清淡,雞皮香脆,但味道不濃,容易被海鮮醬蓋過二食是生菜包,生菜包非常出色,生菜爽脆,雞肉鬆加入很多菜粒去炒,一樣可以加海鮮醬,建議加,增加味道層次💮燒味雙拼(叉燒拼燒腩仔)真的要食!!!叉燒大大舊,但一點也不柴,外面是爽口,中間是柔軟的!!燒腩仔皮極脆!隔離枱都會聽到你在吃燒腩仔的脆度!💮二弄玻璃蝦球一邊是炒蝦球配玻璃芡,蝦球很爽,玻璃芡略嫌過咸,另一邊是咕嚕蝦球,蝦球先炸過,再包甜酸醬,蝦球炸衣仍保持到口感,甜酸醬很開胃💮南乳一字骨已經炆到很入味,但又不會過咸,肉質超軟,一字骨一拔就出,出色💮蛋白杏仁茶湯圓杏仁茶很香,不會有難以入口的藥水味,湯圓沒有選擇,只有芝麻餡,我對湯圓皮要求很過,這家的湯圓還好,湯圓皮不夠柔軟🎄環境: 環境寬敞寧靜,亦有包廂,如一大班朋友可先預訂座位。🎎服務:一流的服務,添茶、上菜、清枱面都很快手,太冷的話有披肩提供㊗️結論:米芝連餐廳當然不便宜,但食物質素及服務都很好,值得一試

一流的服務,添茶、上菜、清枱面都很快手,太冷的話有披肩提供

米芝連餐廳當然不便宜,但食物質素及服務都很好,值得一試
