To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同屋企人慶祝生日,揀番屋企附近,所以揀左逸東軒逸東軒位於佐敦同油麻地地鐵站中間,出佐敦站會較近。餐廳唔使經過酒店大堂,有電梯直接到餐廳環境3.5/5 餐廳環境比較昏暗,樓底較低,枱之間嘅距離都足夠,我哋七個人坐埋都仲有足夠空間。食物4/5片皮雞二食 3.5/5片皮鴨平時就食得多,片皮雞就乜食過。食法同片皮鴨一樣,只係換咗雞。不過問題係因為鴨較肥有油香,而雞本身做唔到嗰個油脂感,都係片皮鴨好食d雞肉鬆生菜包 4/5反而呢個生菜包幾有驚喜,生菜份量足夠肉碎都比得充足叉燒平燒腩仔 3.5/5叉燒好好,蜜汁味香,肉質好軟腍但唔肥。反而燒腩仔就比較失望,外皮都算脆,但係肉質就普通粉絲肉蟹煲 4/5肉蟹大隻同埋多肉,大部份都已經扑碎咗,好容易就可以食到入邊嘅肉。粉絲吸晒蟹嘅精華,非常惹味荷葉飯 4/5有荷葉香,飯既軟硬度適中,份量多濃湯蘿蔔龍躉 4/5非常足料,龍躉基本上起咗骨,但有一兩舊起得唔乾淨,個湯都幾鮮蛋白杏仁茶拼湯圓 1/5 全晚最差嘅一道菜,杏仁茶稀,湯圓腍
