To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 依間幫襯過三，四次食烤魚, 如果你以前好中意番大陸食探魚既朋友, 真係可以o係度食番內地質素。條魚幾次去食都好新鮮 , 佢次次都係整條紅紬過我地食? 我同老公都好食得辣, 又真係好入味同好辣既。如果唔食得辣, 你要同佢強調小辣係真係要小小辣, 佢地個廚對個辣度係好飄忽。但其實我更欣賞老細用料同收費係好合理，200幾蚊真係比條大海魚你。同埋遇著老細又勁熱情, 好好客, 有時送d 野食叫你試下。我試過2個人去, 又試過一班朋友去。冇話好hard sell 叫你點咩點咩, 2個人去仲叫我地叫條魚就夠啦, 你地兩個人怕你地食唔晒。上次4個人去叫左2碟牛, 其他菜小食野飲加加埋埋都係1000有找。真心希望老細生意再爆d ! 次次去都可以直入, 但明明真係高質。
