Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前食過呢間舖頭嘅招牌咕嚕肉，$98的價錢唔算平，份量亦唔算大碟，不過味道就真係好好，食得出師傅嘅真功夫，唔怪得去到差唔多每一枱都會叫呢一個咕嚕肉。除咗咕嚕肉之外，今日仲叫咗鐵板生啫雞什，據了解呢一個餸都好受歡迎，雞什無雪味，d蒜頭芫荽蔥段都炒得好香好入味，送飯一流。另外仲叫咗一個川味豬手，冷盤嚟嘅，少少麻辣，都幾好食，豬手有豐富骨膠原，好正。最後要講嘅亦都係最有驚喜嘅，就係呢一個集眾少爺雞，隻雞做得好滑，好有雞味，似乎係新鮮雞做嘅，上碟嘅時候排得好靚，又好睇又好食。
