To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 叫咗一個蔬菜,肉絲唔係好多,炒得好惹味,但略為油咗啲。
我哋墊起咗一邊碟,等啲油留埋一邊,唔洗啲菜浸住啲油。

最後,叫咗一個主食。
初頭以為係乾身嘅炒麵,可能係准山麵嘅關係,所以食起上黎有啲油同笠。
我哋自己落咗少少醋,等個麵清爽啲,無咁膩,但味道方面係唔錯的。


對於整個用餐體驗好滿意。
幾個月前試過雪園壹號,聽聞都係幾出名嘅上海餐廳,而且好full,要一個星期前打去訂位。
但係兩間相比之下,哩度做得好好多,無論服務、環境、食物都比雪園壹號優勝。
價錢又比雪園壹號抵,價錢同食物份量、質素成正比。
職員都好有禮貌,推薦哩間餐廳👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
如果大家係1957會員,可以叫二人餐,都好抵。
