To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 假日同屋企人飲茶,佢哋揀咗老字號嘅陶源酒家。 中午時段唔算好多人,可能附近多商業大廈又少住宅,假期少啲人,唔嘈雜幾好!諗住都係食普通點心,點知有唔少精緻嘅創意點心,味道同埋賣相有驚喜。先叫咗個「奢華美點薈萃」用雀籠盛載,八款點心,每款有兩件,咁鬼靚用嚟打卡一流。由雀籠底層嘅鹹點開始食起,食到最上面就係甜品喇!底層:原隻鮑魚燒賣、嫩滑鮮蝦菜苗餃、金箔原隻鮮蝦餃、姬松茸遼參粉果,頭三款都都係我飲茶必點嘅點心,不過呢啲係高級版。 燒賣上面有原隻鮑魚、菜苗餃皮薄夠晶瑩,而蝦餃上面就用咗金箔裝飾。內餡漲卜卜,足料! 粉果我平時好少食,一般都好厚皮餡料又唔太啱食,呢款姬松茸遼參粉果做得薄皮,餡料香軟清新,我比較鍾意呢款。中層:小梨子咸水角、安格斯和牛天鵝酥 又係造型一流嘅創意點心,天鵝酥外皮係好多層嘅酥皮,好用心。上層:食到最後,點心已經凍咗,有啲可惜。 朱古力鴛鴦奶皇包面頭有朱古力旋轉紋,入面奶皇有吉士香味但就無朱古力嘅。 養顏紅棗糕一般凍咗係會好硬,但呢個做得唔錯,凍咗都做係軟身好食。碳燒西班牙黑豚腩叉呢個叉燒真係好好食,外層微焦,一夾起就望到半肥瘦,啲蜜汁半黐住舊叉燒,一滴一滴咁掛汁~鮑汁扣

先叫咗個「奢華美點薈萃」用雀籠盛載,八款點心,每款有兩件,咁鬼靚用嚟打卡一流。

呢個叉燒真係好好食,外層微焦,一夾起就望到半肥瘦,啲蜜汁半黐住舊叉燒,一滴一滴咁掛汁~

鮮芒腸粉
我自己最鍾意就係甜品,額外點咗呢個滑滑透心涼嘅腸粉,入面係有新鮮芒果嘅芒果布甸,出面係少少椰香味嘅嫩滑腸粉皮,面頭再淋咗啲新鮮芒果汁,低甜度,口味清新。
