平日午餐無乜人,可能我地早,灣仔都有好多選擇係平靚正,今次試下呢間裝修好有傳統港式style嘅餐廳龍蝦肉碎泡飯就係龍蝦加豬肉碎,配料有冬菜、葱花同唐芹。泡飯湯底就同潮州蠔仔粥一樣帶少少胡椒味,飯粒分明。而主角龍蝦! 從照片中可見絕對係成隻龍蝦,當然係龍蝦仔..$88想食大隻新鮮龍蝦泡飯,太年輕!比隻龍蝦仔,唔係龍蝦殼已經可以接受,龍蝦肉飽滿但應該急凍貨,肉質鬆散,鮮味都有少少(係少少蝦味)老實講我會用同樣價錢食其他選擇,因為有set lunch好多你簡,食啲新鮮嘢仲好。金蒜蒸龍躉球飯,聽個名就知有幾架勢堂,端上枱時聞到陣陣蒜香,顏色金黃,輕微炸過嘅蒜連油同厚切龍躉件同蒸,食落好野味。龍躉件魚皮厚,膠質豐富,魚鮮味十足,新鮮食材無花假!籠底墊上荷葉同蒸,荷葉清香令本身用上旦炒飯作底嘅蒸飯更上一層樓,絕對稱得上原汁原味。雖然午餐黎講已經算貴,但我都覺得值得,海鮮處理得都好乾淨,服務唔錯,會黎試其實菜式
