細妹喺百忙之中抽空同我食飯,佢話想食泰國菜🇹🇭家姐我梗係即刻搵個好地方啦🥰我見網上好多人介紹《青花》,位置又近細妹公司,於是就決定去試吓!🔸藍蝶花蟹肉菠蘿炒飯($138)用蝶豆花整嘅甜品或者麵包我就食得多,炒飯都係第一次試,賣相好特別💙鮮甜嘅蟹肉鋪得滿滿,混合埋可口嘅肉鬆、酥脆嘅腰果同香甜嘅菠蘿粒一齊食,好睇又美味。🔸泰式虎蝦金邊粉($138)金邊粉煙靭有鑊氣,唔會黐埋一嚿嚿,又唔油膩。兩隻虎蝦好大隻,鮮味肉厚。調味剛剛好,配上花生碎,口感倍添層次。🔸榴槤煎餅($78)榴槤愛好者必點嘅甜品!外層酥皮脆卜卜,入面夾住猶如忌廉一樣咁滑嘅榴槤,一啖咬落去,軟糯滋味好幸福呀💕🔸龍鬚三色冰奶蓋($48)龍鬚糖而家都十分少見,放喺清涼嘅三色冰上面,可見廚師嘅心思同創意。🔸蝶豆花椰子奶蓋 ($48)可愛嘅粉藍色蝶豆花,加上濃郁嘅椰汁,輕輕混合一齊嘅時候,彷彿藍天與白雲☁️味道唔會太甜,一杯好夢幻嘅飲品。餐廳地點就腳,環境舒適,坐得舒服。每一款食物都適合打卡,而且味道仲非常有水準,我同細妹都覺得可以再encore 😋

榴槤愛好者必點嘅甜品!外層酥皮脆卜卜,入面夾住猶如忌廉一樣咁滑嘅榴槤,一啖咬落去,軟糯滋味好幸福呀💕


🔸龍鬚三色冰奶蓋($48)
龍鬚糖而家都十分少見,放喺清涼嘅三色冰上面,可見廚師嘅心思同創意。
