今日去咗一間高質的川菜fine dining餐廳,真係令人驚喜!一入到去,氣氛就好高雅,燈光柔和,服務員都好有禮貌,令我有種準備享受一頓美食的感覺~首樣上桌就係涼菜四宮格,分別有胭脂蘿蔔、鮮椒雞樅菌、燈影魚片同埋醬香鴨舌。每一款都有自己獨特的味道,胭脂蘿蔔鮮嫩多汁,搭配一啲醬汁,口感非常清新;而鮮椒雞樅菌就略帶辣味,配上香脆的質感,令人一試成主顧。燈影魚片更係薄得可以透光,搭配清爽的醬汁,口感滑溜;醬香鴨舌就更具層次,風味十足,真係好開胃!接住就係前菜,魚子醬甜蝦雞牛湯凍,這道菜色澤誘人,湯凍滑順,魚子醬的鹹香正正襯托出蝦的鮮味,真係一口就令人陶醉。之後就係蝴蝶花膠湯,湯底用咗山椒精油,味道特別清香,花膠軟滑,絕對係一個唔錯的選擇。然後出現咗宮保蜀南竹胎兒鵝肝,這道菜融合咗經典的宮保味道,鵝肝滑得一絕,搭配竹胎兒的爽脆,真係令人食指大動。再來的乾燒關東參,火候掌握得非常好,味道濃郁,令人欲罷不能。甜品方面,餐後椒茶係一個意外的驚喜,茶香裡面帶有一絲微辣,清新又不膩。怪味雪糕就更有趣,口味獨特,真係令我驚訝。最後,馬卡龍、杏仁薄脆同花椒朱古力,甜品的搭配真係一絕,馬卡龍外脆內軟,杏仁薄脆
