位於啟德Airside 嘅「嵐月」,環境一流,又靚又舒服,裝修好有格調,燈光夠柔和,成個空間都充滿咗一種浪漫嘅氣氛。最鍾意佢地嘅落地大窗,望出去嘅景觀真係一流,非常適合同客食飯。入座後首先就係揀茶,八款茶之中我哋揀咗銀毫香片 ,味道清香優雅,有濃郁嘅茶香味,值得一讚係上枱後仲會用微火保持茶嘅溫度,非常貼心,雖然茗茶每位要$28 ,但係總算物超所值。鵝肝流心脆球 外皮炸得金黃香脆,咬落去「卜」一聲,真係好滿足!入面有好多鵝肝餡料,一咬落去個餡就爆晒出嚟,又香又滑,真係好邪惡呀!黑松露野菌餃 黑松露野菌餃餃皮薄薄的,餡料又豐富,既有野菌嘅鮮甜,亦都有黑松露嘅香氣,每一啖都充滿驚喜!小梨子鹹水角 小梨子鹹水角賣相非常吸引,以小梨子為造型,打卡一流,外皮炸得鬆脆,咬落去入面又甜又軟糯,口感豐富,真係好特別!海苔鳳尾芋蝦角 芋蝦角炸得金黃香脆,咬落去「卜」一聲,真係好爽!由於加入海苔炸起,表面呈綠色,賣相非常吸睛。咖啡豆燻20日初鴿(原隻) 乳鴿用咖啡豆燻都係第一次試,真係燻得香噴噴,表皮非常香脆,咬落肉質又嫩滑,口感好豐富,有淡淡嘅煙熏味,廚師擺盤非常用心,放喺咖啡豆上面,賣相好似個鳥巢咁,打

呢個泡飯份量比想像中多,有大約五碗,湯底非常鮮甜,超級足料,配料除左有蟹肉,絲瓜,肉碎之外,仲可以根據自己口味加入脆米,撈埋一齊食真係好有口感。

總括嚟講,嵐月真係一間好適合打卡或者見客嘅餐廳。無論環境,食物,服務態度都好好,真係無得彈!
