To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 科學園有好幾間酒樓, 但我個人比較喜歡這家。他雖然價錢較貴, 但點心比其他幾家精緻。 今日我們點了商務四人套餐, 都幾多野食,包三款點心、 一個湯羹、一款廚部小食、半只雞、一道清菜和一碟炒粉麵,足八樣野。四個人其實食唔哂。其中我最鍾意佢地嘅炸魷魚鬚同蘿葡糕, 魷魚鬚香脆可口,蘿蔔糕足料味道甘香。粉麵炒得夠乾身,火喉十足。貴妃雞肉厚嫩滑。酸辣湯雖然唔重味,但很足料。如果平時單點的話有道咖喱脆皮牛坑腩同麻辣牛肚陳村粉是我推介的必點項目。
