鏞記作為燒鵝老字號,佢嘅燒鵝當然係首屈一指不遑多讓,但係鮮花都需要綠葉嚟到扶持,其他手工菜對比返完全招牌嘅飛天燒鵝係一啲都唔會輸蝕。今次我分別試咗桂花蟹肉炒津絲、蝦籽紮蹄、薑葱灼鮮牛冧肉同埋燻蹄,由上菜到埋單,基本碟碟都係干盤亦表達對美食嘅尊敬。
