今日同朋友喺附近happy hour,然後見到呢間主打Omakasae嘅丼飯日式餐廳就諗住試試佢佢係喺中環威靈頓街嘅地庫,今日平日入到去都坐滿咗三分之二見到佢主打係丼飯,我同朋友一人嗌咗一個trytry佢😋✨前菜沙律 &茶碗蒸🥗呢款沙律前菜份量十足,唔單止有滿滿嘅椰菜絲,仲有日本產嘅甜粟米,配搭清新。而茶碗蒸都十分之出色,滿滿嘅食材同埋口感好嫩滑!✨海言廚師發辦魚生飯-特上🐠身為魚生愛好者嘅我,聽到係廚師發辦即刻心心眼呢款丼飯唔單止用咗時令嘅魚生,新鮮得嚟,外觀亦都十分精緻。當中包括大拖羅、海膽、魚子、油甘魚、梭子魚、鯛魚等等嘅上乘魚生,唔好睇佢好似細細碗咁,佢一碗就集結咗當下最新鮮同高質嘅魚生。當中最有驚喜嘅就係火炙梳子魚,因為燒過嘅關係,魚身本身嘅油脂迫晒出嚟,每一啖都充滿住魚香,真係好好食!✨江戶前散壽司(特上)🐠朋友食嘅一款丼飯用嘅魚生款式有七成都相近,不過因為係江戶前嘅款式,所以就額外搭配咗腐皮同埋玉子。店員更加介紹話要由海膽開始食起,順時針咁食,由最鮮味嘅海膽同三文魚子一路食到去比較濃味同最多油脂嘅魚生。的確跟住店員嘅呢個順序去食,每款魚生嘅味道更加昇華咗。再配埋佢有別於一

呢款沙律前菜份量十足,唔單止有滿滿嘅椰菜絲,仲有日本產嘅甜粟米,配搭清新。

最後仲有櫻花蝦湯作結尾,淡淡嘅蝦味配上呢個麵豉湯,暖暖個胃,真係好滿足😋
