今次又去科學園食嘢,試吓呢間聽講唔錯嘅中菜廳「八方棧」, 價錢算係合理,但食品質素卻係喜出望外首先要提嘅係「木魚花蝦膠釀茄子」。呢道小菜內餡鮮嫩多汁,蝦膠同茄子嘅滋味融合得好好, 用了一啲都唔慳,蝦滑大大件「紅燒乳鴿」就都有水準。鴿肉嫩滑, 冇太多油膩感接下來係「京滬千秋小籠包」,包餡飽滿多汁,皮薄有彈性,一口咬落就可以感受到湯汁嘅鮮美, 可以比美專門做小籠包嘅餐廳「脆皮燒腩仔」相對嚟講就普通咗D,但都做到濃香鮮味「琥珀黃金豆腐」係令人驚喜嘅素菜, 除咗炸豆腐之外,上面鋪咗好多琥珀合桃,當你以為兩樣夾, 但估唔到係七月份嘅調理下面,兩樣嘢 都各自發揮出佢嘅好味「泰式鳳爪」軟有嚼勁, 泰式香料調味剛好, 酸甜兩味都好恰當甜品!! 先係最令我估唔到嘅。 首先係呢個「冰涼西瓜糕」: 完美還原西瓜嘅外貌,咬落似大菜糕,但係又有西瓜籽嘅口感係入面 超級有心思小朋友想食「香芒布甸」,好啦叫嚟食吓。以為係平時酒樓食開嗰個樣啦, 點知一上台就嚇親我,靚到呢, 分分鐘甜品店 都未必咁有心思,結果連大人都忍唔住!
