To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日跟家人一起到灣仔店吃晚飯,沒想到這間餐廳的素質是這樣糟糕首先是食物1.片鴨乾柴,完全不像現片2.刀削麵,完全是機器處理的乾燥麵3.柚子魚味道還可以(唯一覺得沒有仲伏的)4.涼拌菜也還可以如果昂貴的招牌菜你們都這麽不重視水準,我真不知你們還能用什麼吸引客人再來是服務1.服務員只懂推銷套餐,會想點單點就是不要套餐,還一直推銷,非常煩2.服務員訓練水準奇糟,一點餐就先告知要留鴨架了,買單卻跟我們說廚房都丟了,要我們下次來在補給我們,或是等其他客人點在留給我們3.要了壺茶,拿走了就沒出現過,要重新在跟服務員拿,點了碗白飯,要繞一大圈才知道檯號4.ps.這點讓我非常火,服務員解釋今天服務不周,(完全是因為客人太多,服務員不夠,我們自己也看到了)請問你們服務員不夠是顧客的問題嗎?還是要我們不要來消費,你們就夠人了,現場根本沒坐滿,客人也是慢慢入座,況且以我來看,老手只負責推銷菜單,不是很愛幫忙(我是不曉得你們有沒有推銷獎金)新手就亂服務客人6.完全沒有連鎖餐廳的感覺,服務非常鬆散,可以放任服務員這樣亂講話,真的想立馬叫你們經理出來,我給十足的真金白銀,你們給的是十足糟糕感覺以上幾點已經說明了,
