好難得有時間約埋同事一齊去食飯,今次仲要唔係頹廢食,一早已經book定枱嘅日本菜。當中有同事唔鍾意食生野,而呢間餐廳除咗主打生野之外,熟野聽講都幾出色。餐牌選擇好多,不過因為朋友比較鍾意食熟食所以我哋都散叫比較多熟食。咩都未食之前首先食咗三件漬物先,第一個係魚蛋夾Wasabi味,小小刺激味蕾。第二歌就係面豉蘿蔔,醃得夠晒入味,估唔到呢個配搭都好match。最後一件就係螢光魷魚,鹹香十足,加埋有啲檸檬酸酸地都幾重口味。燒雞泡魚$88食壽司之前食少少小食,個個都話雞泡魚好得人驚,但係其實食乾燒嘅雞泡魚干係唔會有事的。本身有少少煙韌嘅口感,再加埋燒汁甜甜地,亦都可以加埋沙律醬,味道都幾特別。壽司12件$580雖然有12件,不過當然唔係一個人食晒,我哋好多個人分享。我就食咗拖羅(吞拿),口感係入口即溶,完全不能質疑佢嘅質素,比起好多日式餐廳都更好,入口係爆曬啲魚油出嚟。右上角黑黑地嗰個係活北寄貝,爽口之外又有少少海水鮮味,唔使點咁多豉油。秋刀魚係左上第二個,平時秋刀魚都算係比較廉價嘅食材,但係做到刺身當然要求比較高,加埋啲蔥花,雖然口感唔會好呀但係與魚味一流。美國生蠔$220本身隻生蠔已經好肥

燒雞泡魚$88

美國生蠔$220
本身隻生蠔已經好肥美,不愧為美國生蠔,上面就有加上煙肉和洋蔥,好多食蠔都係咁樣食。蠔身咁已經好吸引,再加埋調味不會太濃,冇遮蓋原本有的鮮味。好爽口啊!

美國西冷$380
一粒粒嘅西冷牛肉一口一件,裏面仲帶粉紅色,估計大約六成熟左右,未至於入口即溶不過鬆化之餘亦有鮮牛的香味。

日本生薑豬$220
生薑甜中帶辣,照食無妨,而且豚肉脂肪分布均勻,唔會太有咬口,配埋本身店舖用的醬汁味道亦有驚喜。分量都夠大,幾個人食都夠。

日本帶子$150
大大件,一早已經切開成四件,口感彈牙之中又有少少軟熟,吃到一絲絲的帶子,加埋上面的三文魚子唔會單調,除咗鮮味之餘仲有腥味。

最後甜品就有焦糖燉蛋,下面嘅cream入口即溶,口感順滑,實屬高水準之作,而且焦糖燒得剛剛好,亦不會過厚。

環境闊落舒服,高質素壽司熟食,所以算得上物有所值。
