To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早排見到呢間為人所熟悉嘅酒家推出海鮮套餐，非常吸引有龍蝦、東星斑、鮑魚、花膠翅真係勁豐富，即刻約咗幾個閨密嚟品嘗一番點知全女班真係搞唔掂好多嘢都要打包‼️估唔到呢間酒家嘅食物質素係咁好，全部都好有睇頭又好食「花膠翅」雖然啲翅唔係原整的一梳梳，比較散，但份量一啲都唔少花膠食落好爽口軟滑，對得起呢個價錢😊 「蠔皇鮑魚扣花菇」鮑魚仔嘅質地非常細膩，一啲都唔韌「海蝦汁龍蝦」真係要讚一讚呢隻龍蝦煮嘅時間非常好‼️完全食到龍蝦嘅鮮嫩Q彈嘅口感汁醬亦唔會搶左龍蝦嘅鮮甜味，調味方面拿捏得好好「炸子雞」亦是我個人非常鍾意嘅菜式之一，外層非常酥脆，內裡仍然保持著肉質嘅鮮嫩呢間有聲望嘅酒樓煮海鮮果然有一手煮海鮮其實最重要係時間控制，龍蝦、東星斑都保持到肉質好嫩滑，真係勁加分‼️結尾仲有蛋黃壽桃包&紅豆沙，好滿足呀
