To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友生日，介紹佢地食新蒲崗名物（花姐話）之前已經食過一次，外賣番屋企都好食，皮仲脆既，鷄殼入面有串rosemary提味，仲有晒鉸剪、手套。見評論話就算提早一粒鐘都仲要等，當日响Openrice 落定單指定時間取，幸好去到都係等幾分鐘就有。叫了兩雞兩排骨埋單$712，預約左六點半取，見到佢張枱已經有好多單，有十幾人响度等緊，花姐效應果然犀利。臨走專登問佢入面係咪已經有鉸剪、手套，個鄉音女人好肯定話有，點知番到去打開得隻鷄同排骨。真心嬲，鉸剪都慳。朋友們試過後都覺得唔駛想食，無鷄味。二百蚊買隻冰鮮鷄有啲唔抵。
