To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 紅燒牛肉麵 lunch set ($65)午餐有飯麵選擇,大部分都係差唔多價錢,揀左每次食台灣菜必點既紅燒牛肉麵。套餐跟三款前菜,最好味係糖醋蕃茄仔,一式四款食物既擺盆都幾靚。 牛肉麵超足料,牛腩、牛筋分別都有三、四大塊,啖啖肉又入味好滿足。 麵既份量好多、夠彈牙,湯底亦好濃岩哂我咁重口味,麵條又吸哂湯既味道。 好鐘意面頭放左大量酸菜,開胃又唔會食到咁膩。成個餐廳既環境好靚好懷舊,不過唔係咁易食到,次次黎都要預先訂位,好期待下次再黎食。
