Restaurant: 生記滷味

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在區食滷味, 生記係, 鹵水鵝, 鴨, 腎, 鴨舌, 鵝腸, 鵝掌, 鵝肝, 鵝翼等滷水食品, 放晒出來, 目不暇給, 行過都為佢動心, 更況且係滷水迷的我...適逢午飯時間, 店內坐滿客人, 本人 睇下餐牌, 所有有鵝的雙併飯就$28, 仲可以選擇鵝片, 而且有足料例湯送, 都咪話唔抵!!我叫左個鵝片併豬腸飯($28), 太座則點了鵝片併鵝腎飯($28), 每碟飯有鵝片6片, 份量唔算少, 鵝片連著少許的皮, 因為佢地用有番咁上下大隻的潮汕獅頭鵝, 有d脂肪當然唔出奇, 食落去好入味, 有著濃烈的滷水香, 肉質算係嫩滑, 夾雜住微微的鵝肉香, 配上白飯食真好味而豬腸切得幾大舊, 而且滷得好入味, 咸左些少, 而腎亦滷得不俗, 口感爽脆, 份量頗多, 不過我因為掛住享受鵝片而冷落左佢地, 每碟都配有少量酸菜同2片滷水豆腐, 雖然佢地唔係最好食的滷水, 但我話在紅磡區食最好味滷味非生記莫屬

我叫左個鵝片併豬腸飯($28), 太座則點了鵝片併鵝腎飯($28), 每碟飯有鵝片6片, 份量唔算少, 鵝片連著少許的皮, 因為佢地用有番咁上下大隻的潮汕獅頭鵝, 有d脂肪當然唔出奇, 食落去好入味, 有著濃烈的滷水香, 肉質算係嫩滑, 夾雜住微微的鵝肉香, 配上白飯食真好味
