因為曾經住在這裏10年有多,今天便舊地重遊,紅磡這個舊區近年變天,越來越多新起的屋苑,亦有新開的超市。和風大餃子四件麵豉湯底烏冬$68 ,大餃子🥟比平常吃到的餃子大1.5倍異常,肉汁豐富,可惜外皮吸了湯底之後變軟,未能做到香脆的效果。麵豉湯的味道十足,加上爽口彈牙的烏冬,作為午餐就最適合不過。美國特級牛肩胛肉配日本拉麵豚骨湯底$78,牛肩胛肉被熱騰騰的的湯底淥熟,鮮嫩味濃。豬骨湯底味道十足,加上爽口彈牙的拉麵,非常有日本風味。名古屋雞翼$48兩隻,雞翼被炸過之後,香脆可口,可惜雞皮被炸得過火,有點老了,加上醬汁味道太濃,有點失色。
