年廿九午餐,去咗個鳥不生蛋嘅商場入面嘅和食餐廳食晏。A2 和風炸雞弁當($58),炸雞即炸熱辣辣,味道正常合格,白飯洒上飯素好啱送飯。C2 滑蛋雞肉丼($52),蛋未算滑但唔過老,雞肉OK,個汁亦都正常合格。牛肉可樂餅、芝士可樂餅(2件$28),同樣即炸,同樣味道正常合格。真心講,入去呢間餐廳之前是沒有抱任何期望,結果亦都係預料之內,所有嘢食都正常合格,沒有任何驚喜。咁點解又入去食呢?原因係店內的一幅布,裡面有12個漫畫角色的背影,十分吸引我眼球。大家又認得幾多個呢,我就認出9個,另外3個問朋友都知道了。 continue reading

流心芝士漢堡 ($48 HKD) 散叫 招牌貓飯 (木魚、紫菜、蒜蓉牛油、日本醬油) ($15HKD)遺憾大家餓腸轆轆,未能攝下熔岩般芝士流出的一刻。點菜的友人表示,貓飯非常開胃,脆脆的木魚和紫菜,配以鹹香醬料,夠曬送飯。漢堡扒肉質細嫩,和洋合璧,滋味滿分。醬汁慢煮豬軟骨 轉定食 ($90HKD)豬軟骨肉嫩無渣,帶有豐沛油脂的軟骨部份入口即溶,整塊也能吃,毫不浪費。即使日式醬油偏甜,口感也不會過膩。連白飯都佐以脆口紫菜飯素,相當精緻。豐富的定食還包括開胃醃青瓜、清新的和式沙律和足料海帶豆卜味噌湯。和風滑蛋鰻魚丼 ($78 HKD)厚厚的滑蛋火候掌握正好,加上條條段切洋蔥,以及坊間丼飯少見的冬菇絲。大方的半條蒲燒鰻魚奉客,大把紫菜絲也是加分。值得一提醬汁份量適中,不會把珍珠米浸得過淋,卻令每顆飯粒平均入味。紫芋甘栗及芝士可樂餅 ($28 HKD/2pcs)好戲在後頭,可樂餅切半上碟,清晰可見內部芝士滿溢;栗子原粒作餡。粉漿厚度剛好,咬下外脆內軟,鹹甜皆宜。作為有少許資歷(?)的動漫宅,一見店鋪裝潢頓時熱血沸騰(淚奔)舊時經典、現正流行的少年向動漫掛畫和大量精美模型,來不及一一拍下。 continue reading

這小店位置介乎於土瓜灣及紅磡之間,在一個隱世的商場裡,大概不在這附近生活的人都好難察覺到這裡有座新式商場😂🙈這店屬半開揚式,木系裝修,簡潔整齊,午餐選擇蠻多的,有便當/丼飯/拉麵,價格在$48-$88👉🏻滑蛋饅魚丼套餐 (附味噌湯+飲品)看到Menu有饅魚秒選😍超久沒吃過了,還要用我愛的滑蛋方式烹煮❤️ 滑溜滑溜的日式汁煮滑蛋中有著咸甜咸甜的饅魚,配著下面熱辣辣的白飯,好難不好吃❤️💯👉🏻炭燒雞扒便當套餐 (附味噌湯+飲品)朋友點了這個~除了雞扒外,還有炸蝦,小小的味付螺肉,整體配著白飯吃也不會孤單~嚐了一小塊雞扒,是甜甜的日式燒汁,不錯吃👍🏻👉🏻和風大餃子拉麵朋友說是味千拉麵的朋友😂🙈🎈總歸一句:不是什麼高級日式料理店,味道也沒有什麼驚艷,但性價比高,整體用餐愉快,有機會還是會再來😊 continue reading

90年代日本菜盛行,以致一街都係濫竽充數嘅日式料理店,但賣嘅通常都係質素唔得嘅食物。時至今日,香港人食日本嘢已經食到好精,一般嚟講質素冇返咁上下,都冇可能做得住。點知今日食到呢間餐廳,簡直令我覺得時光同質素都大倒流!本來家人話要食呢間餐廳,我都不抱太大期望,簡簡單單一個晚飯,唔會要求有太好嘅食物質素,總之係用心煮就已經夠。但係我哋點嘅兩個主菜,連呢個基本要求都做唔到!首先出事嘅係洋蔥雞肉煮,呢個雞肉煮上菜望落已經好古怪,我心諗點解啲雞肉炒完係棒狀呢?我一放入口食到個味就知,根本就係超市啲急凍雞串嚟嘅!再望真啲,連個竹簽孔都睇到,雞肉形狀亦好明顯係棒狀!2022年都就到喇!我諗唔到有乜理由可以用雞串炒洋蔥當菜式賣!另一道黑豚肉眼鍋,同樣冇誠意,湯底揀壽喜燒但完全冇壽喜燒嘅味道,材料亦完全對唔住88蚊呢個價錢!只有啲菜同冬菇,所謂黑豚肉眼食落係好柴嘅豬肉片。最後我同屋企人冇食晒就走咗,真心不了! continue reading

本來見到好似好好食 咁啱去開呢區就試咗可能係我嗌左唔出名嘅嘢食 本身以為會有個火爐喺下面 冇都算仲要個湯底叫咗壽喜燒但不論係味道定係色水都唔係只係似清嘅野菜湯 珍珠飯嘅質地亦都唔太好最重點係其中有位員工係食客進食時剪咗幾次指甲😓😓其實價錢唔算貴 但可能因為諗住會幾好食結果就係咁樣 continue reading
