今日到紅磡開會,好耐冇食越北,咁encore啦。餐廳環境唔錯,晚市提供套餐,平平地已經有主食同埋飲品。熱越南老姜蜜,姜味溫和唔會好辛辣,成杯嘢唔會好甜。越南椰汁冰咖啡,咖啡豆係偏酸果款,落咗大量椰奶搭配,入口椰汁味好重又唔會強曬咖啡香味,balance得幾好。椰青水慢煮扣肉配米飯,配菜好豐富,有煎雞蛋,酸蘿蔔絲同沙律菜。扣肉大大件有4件,悶煮到軟爛,鮮甜鹹香唔肥膩,皮仲有少少Q彈TIM,搭配飯一流。會安雞絲紮肉湯粉,搭配埋青檸同辣椒。牛肉湯湯底濃郁,回味甘甜,河粉嗦曬湯底鮮味,食到停唔落口。越式烤豬頸肉(半份),豬頸肉烤得好香口,食落彈牙有韌性,伴有少少焦香味。蝦頭膏通菜,落咗大量蝦頭膏同通菜大火爆炒,通菜炒到啱啱斷生,脆口清甜又鮮味十足。
