To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 傳統和牛名區非神戶牛莫屬,日本對出口牛霜降度同肉質都有嚴格規定,所以本身我哋特登走去試A4神戶紅酒牛放題呢個餐嘅時候都對肉質有一定期望去到waiter就有簡單介紹呢隻牛係食紅酒渣所以有呢個名,不過有食開和牛嘅人都應該大約知道呢個名嘅來由,但坊間的確好少地方有得食呢種牛嘅放題餐廳首先上咗兩人份既A4神戶紅酒牛,同埋我哋自己點嘅M9和牛肩胛肉,啲油花真係好靚😂湯底方面本身waiter介紹可以跟返清啲嘅湯,因為可以食到最出嘅牛味,但去到溫野菜都係忍唔住叫咗最經典嘅壽喜燒湯😂結果一淥塊牛,再點蛋汁,真係好食😂塊牛係好腍,然後啲油花分佈好適中,即刻忍唔住encore多10碟😂之後有再叫返其他牛款,因為放題包咗好多款可以任叫,但神戶紅酒牛同埋M9肩胛肉都真係最好食,食過返唔到轉頭😂同場加埋個清酒同溫野菜雪糕,成晚好滿足🥰
