蕃薯uncle傳來電子美食呈報,告知灣仔有新餐廳登場,名為「船記」,主打手工中菜,週三有空,所以就好即興咁約同三五知己晚聚一試。「船記」位於船街中央嘅位置,入夜後又金又紅嘅招牌光亮突出,不難找到。地下層原來只屬接待處,門外貼出嘅午市自選套餐明顯係為吸引區內嘅打工一族擺出。通往設於一樓嘅用餐大堂必需行經一條高高嘅弧形樓梯,落雨天尤其危險。大堂內嘅散座均以抗疫膠板間開,間隔開揚,只係樓面較矮,滿座時難免會覺得有啲嘈雜,最另類就係橙綠色嘅椅櫈同地板拼瓷磚嘅設計,未必人人懂得欣賞。網上訂座流程十分簡易,但多款招牌菜式必先預訂,建議訂座後以短訊訂菜方為上策。六人飯局被安排入座近水吧嘅位置,感覺為全場最闊落及有空間感嘅佳座。每位席上都擺有齊備嘅自用及公用餐具。酒精類飲品共有兩頁之多。茗茶或開水$20/位。如欲自攜佳釀,紅、白、汽酒之開瓶費為合理嘅$100/樽,中國酒及烈酒則為$300/樽。嘻嘻,朝早剛剛為爵屎契妹換咗Edan隻簽名杯喎,晚餐當然係要佢立即用黎飲偶像代言嘅藍妹啤酒啦!送酒小食$20/碟。厚本餐牌可於網上下載。中菜館響應潮流地亦有提供續位叫嘅套餐。和哥叉燒($98/六件):叉燒厚肉得黎

和哥叉燒($98/六件):叉燒厚肉得黎都算幾鬆,或許因被標籤為「船記必吃」難免會令大家要求更高,所以就覺得和哥叉燒嘅色澤暗淡無光
,賣相仍有進步空間,加上叉燒唔夠肥,微微偏嚡嘅肉質有點兒欠缺說服力。

辣子龍蝦丁($880/隻):點菜時已多次提及席上大部份人都唔食得辣,但服務生仍堅持話鎮店得奬菜唔算好辣,一定要試。顧名思義,菜式嘅概念源自辣子雞丁,師傅只係將雞丁換上西澳洲龍蝦。由於調味料中含多種辣椒,包括堅辣嘅指天椒及椒籽,好似XO仔唔辣得嘅人一食即流哂眼水、鼻水,結果真係因太辣而要打包收場

啫啫龍躉扣煲(限量供應;$188):大肥爸爸從網上餐牌發現有龍躉扣食,記得之前喺其他餐廳食過,對其極似花膠嘅質感印象尤其深刻,所以就指定要訂黎食;所謂龍躉扣其實即係龍躉個胃,由於本身冇乜味,廚師好多時都會用啲濃味嘅椒鹽炒、鮑汁炆、煲湯,甚至燉翅,大家對「船記」嘅啫啫煲都相當期待
。真係好可惜,唔講餸名的話,長輩們都以為自己食緊煙韌有嚼勁嘅豬肚
,而並非腦海中潤滑帶爽嘅龍躉扣,雖則煲中物好惹味,但感覺疑似貨不對辦囉!
