You must try the roasted meats with the char siu being one of the best I've eaten in 25 years here.  The quality of ingredients is high,  We also had a steamed fish and shrimp vermicelli noodle in clay pot.  Excellent.

一個星期前訂位,前日Reconfirm Booking 同訂菜,訂菜時😅訂左芝士蟹蓋5隻、爵士湯、茶薰雞,之後想訂埋龍躉尾竟然唔比訂,重話我已經訂左3個,其他果啲現場叫。到正日坐低點餸,當然點唔到龍躉尾,阿部長一開口就話我冇訂冇得食喎,之後就話我訂左7隻蟹蓋,我話好肯定係5隻,個部長硬要我地食左多出嚟果2隻,我當然拒絕左佢,經過左40分鐘,部長反覆3次問我地食左蟹蓋未….條友由頭到尾扮傻,其實將果7隻蟹蓋賣咗俾其他人,之後40分鐘後就話賣晒,我都係第一次預到依條數學題7-5=0 😅,之後個Shirley 部長就hard sell 價值$2xxx 嘅翅….,叫左介菜果個餸又消失左,最後上左個米芝連叉燒,冧到打破左我對叉燒的認知,成餐飯除咗一言難盡都唔知講咩好!

有幾道相當出名的雞菜式,點了紅蔥頭金柱走地雞(原隻)($698)。本來採用冰鮮雞,原價係 $388;但團年飯當晚,全店選用香港農場飼養的新鮮雞,所以價錢貴了一大截。這也難怪,有去街市買餸嘅話都清楚知道,今時今日買隻新鮮雞最少都要 $200~$300元。見到雞腎及雞肝,肯定係新鮮雞,冰鮮雞是不會有內臟的。

中午訂位去午餐,冒名而來,米芝蓮推介!一行10人,坐大檯十分擠迫,環境算不上好。不得不提是叉燒,是我吃過數一數二的,肥瘦適中,軟糯口感,邊邊微焦,伴隨蜜糖芳香。就算來只吃叉燒也非常值得!!另外還叫了不少點心,都不錯,燉湯非常出色,精華都全部濃縮在裡面了,還有很多湯渣,絕對是用心之作!炸軟殼蟹和炸豆腐都很好吃,酥脆可口!食物份量都合理,炒粉麵飯都合格之上,唯一美中不足是環境較侷促。價格都不算很便宜,可能是頂著米芝蓮推介的頭銜原因吧!

今日去一間所謂米芝蓮推介嘅食店食物還可以,但值得一提是此處的職員態度惡劣,十分沒禮貌,話說我點了一款點心:竹笙蟹肉餃,但送到時一睇明明是蝦蛟,我再三確認侍應,佢話沒有錯!於是我咬開一半,再叫侍應查看,沒有竹笙也沒有蟹肉,明明是一隻蝦餃!之後有一位侍應還再三強調這是我叫的竹笙餃!她態度非常惡劣,還說咁係咪唔要,你唔駛拗啦,就攞住籠點心走咗去!喂,咁即係點?送錯嘢,要求換番啱係咪過分要求?唔道歉仲要指鹿為馬顛倒黑白係唔啱囉⋯⋯香港飲食業之死咪就係人囉!

6月中嘅星期六,特意早啲起身由新界過海去灣仔同食友試吓船記。酒樓門口比較穩秘,令我入錯咗隔離西餐廳。我哋有7至8人,試咗多款點心,全部即叫即整,水準合理,冇伏,蝦餃大隻,牛肚入味,出名嘅叉燒,肉質鮮嫩,肥瘦合適,蜜糖甜味出。餐廳推介嘅半隻燒鵝反而冇乜特別,可以唔食。蝦多士好脆,蝦大隻,值得一試。荷葉飯好大隻,味道好足夠。另外叫咗兩個煲,菜名已經唔記得,湯底好鮮值得一試。整體水準中上,叉燒好味,但唔會再得登過海來食。

因為有朋友推薦過這間酒樓,所以特別前來小試晚飯的水準。我們只得2位,點了和哥义燒、順德生燒銅盤三黃雞及雲耳鮮茄泡青蔬,最後加甜品蛋白杏仁茶。朋友雖說過這間酒樓貴,但以今次用餐經驗來說,我們覺得餐牌選擇頗多,而且以每碟件頭、酒樓環境及座位空間各方面來評論,定價算是有驚喜,而且豐儉由人。很喜歡上枱的义燒是厚切的(6大件),咬落感覺比較豐盛。三黃雞用錫紙包住上枱熱度非常夠,件頭對比價錢來說不算小也足料,不過由於有濃味醬汁烹煮,似乎蓋過了雞本身的味道。另外雲耳鮮茄青蔬中的青菜用的是菜心,可能沒有加添任何特別調味或雞湯,所以味道比較淡,下次如果再光顧,會選較惹味的蝦醬生菜煲(聞到隔離枱傳來香味)。最後點甜品時,侍應說只供應2種甜品(但菜單應該有多幾款種類的),所以點了蛋白杏仁茶。而我們也很滿意這個甜品,除了很足量(一大碗)之外蛋白也很多,及濃度適中。服務方面則不過不失。提一提我們是星期一去光顧的,雖是平日也座無虛席,似乎很多捧場客,而且場地唔算大座位亦有限,想光顧的話建議預先訂位。題外話,見有其他食家的評論說這酒樓是前富聲原班人馬開的,如果是真的,應該會有水準,因為以前我們也光顧富聲,覺得是一間
