To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

素拉麵有驚喜

今晚一家人玩完密室逃脫在旺角揾食, 偶然看見這間麵賜園, 我本人是素食者, 其他家人不是但喜歡吃拉麵, 本來沒有期望, 怎知看見menu有素拉麵便二話不說入去, 我選了（叫一碗蝕一碗）, 湯底非常有驚喜, 濃濃的混布豆腐味, 不油膩好好味, 麵質選了適中, 軟硬剛剛好, 雖然配料不及湯底出色, 但menu有顧及素食人士已覺非常有心思, 見意可用本菇取代秀珍菇, 另加油揚or豆卜。素炸蛋出色, 溏心蛋被素炸肉包圍, 要點工夫才整得出, 好味！可惜只剩一隻, 唔夠我一家四口分凍鐵觀音亦好有茶味家人分別叫了牛, 雞拉麵及腩肉蒸飯, 抱歉唔記得正確名稱, 吃牛拉麵的說湯底好味, 牛亦夠淋夠入味還送了我們一支應該是cold brew coffee, coffee 亦是麵賜園的主打, 很出色一間有heart的食店, 香港做飲食唔容易, 希望多點支持小店, 可給予意見但不要挑剔傷害
