To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本來今日想去余地，但原來有活動沒有公開開放，我就去咗同係响深水埗大南街嘅 Poke Go。🥣可選 signature bowl ，亦可 build your own bowl，第一次嚟梗係叫指定 bowl 穩陣啦，唯一嘅素食 signature bowl 係 Aloha （$108），仲要係 vegan 嘅添。🌱個 bowl 有塊似裝飾用嘅炸蓮藕，已經好香口超好食，我後尾仲見隔離枱都係一個人食嘅，直情叫咗一碟（$48），實在太吸引，下次我都要叫一碟食先得。😂飯底係壽司飯（可轉珍珠糙飯或沙律菜），配料有牛油果，豆腐，雜菌香菇，甜粟米，赤道紅海帶，黑芝麻，個汁係柚子醬油醋。🍋樣樣食材都好新鮮，份量又多，值得一提係個赤道紅海帶，幾爽口，食佢有好似真係食緊海鮮果種感覺。🐟本身真漢子唔太鍾意食 bowl ，因為覺得都係食沙律菜，口淡淡的感覺。不過咁啱呢個 bowl 冇菜，而且樣樣配料都啱我食，就好似一隻 CD album 你隻隻歌都鍾意，冇嘢需要 skip 的良好感覺。🥰另外原來深水埗店獨有小食炸牛油果 $48，咁難得就點都要試下啦。加咗少少鹽，非常少嘅辣粉，外皮脆脆哋，入面熟透嘅牛油果口感軟
