To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友出咗尖沙咀搵我食晏,我同佢幫襯咗「雅 ‧悠蔬食」,其實我之前一直想試好耐,但男同事大食,驚食素唔夠飽,所以未有機會🤣。餐廳位於大廈一樓,一到步發現都幾滿座,人氣頗高的。呢度環境唔錯,裝修清新簡約,白色牆身同地板配上紫色座椅💜,又帶點少女味道。餐廳設有午市套餐,主菜共九款選擇,價錢由$78至$98不等,涵蓋多國菜式🍽🥢,例如有中式小菜、西餐、台灣菜同埋東南亞嘢等。同時,午餐款式更會定期更換,以保持新鮮感。泰式鳳梨炒飯配沙爹串燒($88),🇹🇭呢個泰式炒飯比起泰國餐廳嘅出品還要出色,份量又夠多。🍚炒飯用上珍珠米,炒至粒粒分明兼好入味,估唔到辣度都幾明顯,不過都算易入口。🍍除咗菠蘿粒帶來甜味之外,炒飯亦加入咗素肉鬆同素煙肉等炒拌,完全做到色香味俱全嘅效果!沙嗲串燒有兩串,沙嗲汁好惹味,富有花生香🥜,素肉「肉質」軟稔,有一下唔記得自己食緊素,心諗點解啲肉咁嫩嘅,幾好食喎,哈哈。野菌甘筍腰果忌廉汁燴扁意粉($88),🍝意粉無炒飯咁驚艷,但其實都唔錯,麵條質感彈牙。雖然醬汁用上忌廉汁,但食落一啲膩嘅感覺都無,亦唔會太鹹;而餸料就有大量野菌🍄。至於香脆腐皮卷亦幾有特色,腐皮外層酥脆,入面包裹蘿蔔

泰式奶茶千層班㦸(跟餐價$28),呢度竟然有千層蛋糕食😛,而且仲要係奶茶口味,勁吸引。甜品冇令人失望,奶茶味濃而不甜,🥞班戟層同忌廉梅花間竹相隔,口感好正。尖沙咀過江龍老店賣緊六七蚊一件,而家半價都唔使就食到,唔係唔嗌啊。

飲品方面🥤,午餐包飲品,另外有幾款特飲就加$10,我哋要咗凍香芋黑糖珍珠奶茶凍柚子青檸蘆薈冰茶。今日無珍珠,店員問我哋轉唔轉,但由於想飲,所以淨香芋奶茶都OK,芋頭味好香,無嗌錯。冰茶屬正常發揮,柚子較青檸味顯住🍊。

總括嚟講,呢餐素食午餐幾有水準💚,食物味道不俗,多國菜式令人花多眼亂。價錢以尖沙咀嚟計就中等啦,午市平均一百蚊位。題外話,餐廳幾貼心,會照顧客人需要,提供免奶或免蛋等選項👍。
