To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我等咗好耐啦,終於去到試食這間素食放題。雖然價錢稍貴,不過第二位有半價優惠,但勝在環境非常之舒服,坐喺近玻璃窗位置就可以睇到少少海景,食物質素唔錯,而且每個菜式都好精緻,感受到廚師的用心製作食物,但係估唔到食完第一輪就已經好飽,食唔到第二輪😆😆😋最緊要主菜先選西瓜扒,因為限量版。而第二選是茄子。其他可以食完再叫有串燒及墨西哥卷,椰菜花天婦羅等等,每道菜都好有特色。要逢星期二,星期三同埋公眾假期嘅日子,在夜晚先至有供應素食放題,而其他日子就沒有了。最重要係免切餅費,抵讃👍🏻
