To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 素食餐廳越開越多,這次嘗試的雅悠蔬食已開業一段時間,口碑似乎不錯,主打新派素菜。The Big暴食了一段時間,又要再開始體重管理,素食是不二之選。到訪當天胃口不佳,兩人邊簡簡單單單點了A La Carte Menu的兩道主菜。—————我們點了什麼?。和風鰻魚炒飯。泰式風味蕃茄薄餅—————。店內環境。餐廳位於樓上舖,地方不算大但企理乾淨,全店用紫白色裝潢,但我不喜歡枱面的式樣,如果是雲石紋會更美呢。—————。和風素鰻魚炒飯。除了鰻魚的腥味,整道菜可謂完美還原。用上日本珍珠米,飯粒分明,爽彈煙韌,上菜時熱騰騰,頗有穫氣。照燒醬汁鹹甜開胃,配上紫菜就是簡單的日式滋味。配料豐富,有淮山製素饅魚,口感似台式百頁豆腐,還有雞髀菇、三色椒和嫩粟米粒。—————。泰式風味蕃茄薄餅。看似份量不多,其實飽足感滿滿。薄餅是意式薄批,酥脆香口。塗抹上蕃茄醬和冬陰公醬,略辛開胃。嗜辣者可要求加辣,如果吃全素的更可以走芝士。配料豐富,有青瓜、數蟹柳、蘆筍、三色椒。餐廳更加入了九層塔,增添香氣及味道層次,最上層有新鮮沙律菜,refreshing又健康。
