To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好閨蜜今日約我去食素食晚餐本來我是拒絕的因為我唔太喜歡中式素菜嘅假肉但佢盛意拳拳仲話今次係日式素食喎～咁又唔同講法～我地去到Kyoto Joe原來最近做緊晚市素食放題網上訂位仲有第二位半價閨蜜果然識食😍成個menu都好吸引而我地都唔駛揀侍應問左我地有無乜野唔想食就會直接全部上⼀round👍全部食物都好精緻素食得黎全部係健康原型食物用料豐富創新我揀左主菜西瓜扒真係第一次食熱嘅西瓜但準備呢個西瓜扒其實要好多功夫要烤焗成四個鐘外面少少焦脆西瓜肉由鬆散變結實西瓜汁同醬汁都無違和感好特別！另⼀款煙燻魚刺身用左蘋果木去燒製香煙令刺身更沾煙香刺身大路有吞拿魚、油甘魚、火炙三文魚同帆立貝其實全部食物食⼀次已經好飽但有啲又好好味令我忍唔住encore濃薑汁蘿蔔燒過後蘿蔔仍然爆汁醬汁香濃好好味椰菜花天婦羅香香脆脆口感似肉加上酸甜醬真有食緊咕嚕肉嘅錯覺👍想食好味精緻素食Kyoto Joe 真係next level!
