To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

細佬一年一度嘅生日又到咗，帶住一家人嚟到旺角呢間粵菜館食，menu都幾豐富吓。我哋畀店員推薦咗呢幾樣菜色，都好好味👍🏻🤩養顏花膠雞煲店家用咗優質嘅花膠同嫩滑嘅雞肉一齊熬煮，使得湯底非常濃郁！花膠入口即化，同埋唔會太柴嘅雞肉搭配，真係養顏又美味！🤩薑汁炒雜菜經典嘅中式家常菜！老薑嘅香味同辣味，配上新鮮嘅蔬菜，真係激發咗我哋每個人嘅食慾！🤩豉蒜虎皮尖椒尖椒經過炒制後外皮變得微焦，內裡變得軟嫩，入口即化，而且亦唔會太過辛辣^_^ 再加上豉油同蒜蓉嘅調味，成個味道非常豐富開胃。🤩避風塘脆茄炸得酥脆嘅茄子，外層嘅脆皮咬落去仲可以發出‘咔嚓’嘅清脆聲，內裡茄子十分綿軟，口感非常豐富。
