之前放假去啟德AIRSIDE行下街, 發現呢間中菜餐廳-嵐月🌕餐廳主打新派中菜,裝潢好雅緻,好啱打卡,食物好似中菜版嘅fine dining~🔸咖啡燻20日初鴿 ($118) 係一道極具創意的菜品,外皮烤得金黃酥脆而不柴,鴿肉鮮嫩, 加入咗咖啡燻製味道好特別~🔹LUNA Chef's Set Dinner ($698/ person)有選擇困難症嘅我直接揀呢個set dinner, 有前菜、湯、主菜、主食、甜品前菜係"法國邊豆素羊肚拌油雞樅菌、昆布龍眼蜜燴金蠔、梅酒鵝肝凍", 我最鍾意"梅酒鵝肝凍", 鵝肝凍好creamy,加入梅酒後完全唔膩,仲好開胃而黎到主菜有"若竹虎蝦、金不換頭抽嘉美雞配蘿蔔糕、忌廉魚子醬浸白蘆筍","若竹虎蝦"擺盤精美 都幾大隻,蝦肉鮮甜彈牙,加入胡椒粒口感好豐富"金不換頭抽嘉美雞配蘿蔔糕",呢個配搭幾新奇,嘉美雞肉質嫰滑,蘿蔔糕吸晒頭抽汁,鮮味更出~”特濃朱古力慕絲配辣味朱古力曲奇",最後嘅甜品估唔到最有驚喜! 慕絲入口即化,口感細膩,朱古力似dark chocolate超濃味,唔甜,配上金黃酥脆的辣味朱古力曲奇,整體感覺奢華又有層次感~
