難得今日同朋友慶祝生日,特意挑選一間好味嘅法國大餐 好好招待佢一番。 最終揀咗呢一間位於尖沙咀商住地區嘅法國私房菜, 並且一早訂好位嚟到呢一間餐廳 發現在比較感覺似 家庭式嘅法國菜 餐廳內座位大概20多個 並且可以包房進餐, 可能是因為由家居改建而成的餐廳吧。餐廳嘅裝修格局以小白屋為主題, 配合泛黃色嘅燈光同埋柔和嘅音樂感覺唔錯! 而餐廳暫時只提供晚餐的set dinner, 分別有8Dishes及10Dishes既選擇。 而我哋當然係毫不吝惜咁揀咗10Dishes啦。而餐廳嘅頭盤係自家製嘅麵包, 並且有秘製嘅茄子醬作為醬料! 我哋大家都一致非常欣賞佢嘅自家製麵包,特別係合桃黑麵包及提子麵包, 個皮非常脆口及麵包鬆軟! 屬有水準之作而之後嘅係巴馬火腿配鮮制蜜瓜汁, 非常開胃!由於餐廳未有酒牌,所以暫未能提供任何酒精類飲品,不過聰明既我地一早自備靚酒,餐廳仲會免費開瓶及有醒酒器,夠貼心首先黎既輕炙北海道元貝, 賣相精緻吸引, 面層既泡泡原來係椰菜花製成嘅奶泡, 而北海道元貝亦非常厚肉大隻, 呢款菜式屬於fusion菜, 整體配合啱唔啱好!之後係一款從未試過嘅冷盤菜式, 中間既係豬肉醬,

首先黎既輕炙北海道元貝, 賣相精緻吸引, 面層既泡泡原來係椰菜花製成嘅奶泡, 而北海道元貝亦非常厚肉大隻, 呢款菜式屬於fusion菜, 整體配合啱唔啱好!

之後係一款從未試過嘅冷盤菜式, 中間既係豬肉醬, 醬汁用咗血橙汁, 伴菜係火箭菜加開心果碎, 整體口感比較特別, 有少少似午餐肉嘅味道但就有層次感, 主要係其他配菜帶起主菜嘅味道。

法國蝸牛基本上係法國菜必食嘅一道菜式,主廚用咗好多嘅配料去帶出蝸牛嘅味道,包括有白豆蓉,菠菜蓉及菠菜鮮奶泡! 無論賣相味道都非常好。

餐湯方面一樣落足心機,望似平平無奇既龍蝦湯,其實好多功夫,濃厚既龍蝦湯,加左鮮龍蝦油及龍蝦子,更顯鮮味,份量剛好~

蘋果木煙燻日本金槍魚,個蓋輕輕打開,就聞到煙燻味道,而入面既金槍魚食落都好濃香既煙燻味,店員建議先食咗金槍魚,之後再用溫泉蛋及柚子汁同沙律菜混合一齊食,甜甜酸酸口感刺激食慾~

由於我地四個人,所以一人點一款後就可以試足4款主菜,四款都各有特式,個人特別喜愛墨汁鑽石蜆意大利飯,賣相雖然黑黑地唔太特別,味道卻出奇好味,而且飯軟硬剛好~ 而另外3款份量略有點不足,不過前菜咁豐富,都夠晒飽了~

而最後既自家製朱古力蛋糕真係超正,好少食到咁讚不絕口,朱古力蛋糕有少少苦甘,入口絲滑軟綿,我地4個食都停唔到口,而最後呢個叫雪影,其實就係幾粒不同味道既朱古力,味道中規中距~
最後埋單時,聽店員講原來主廚係以前某大酒店既西餐主廚,之後離開後自己開店,唔怪得食物咁有質素啦,不過個人感覺更喜愛前菜其他副菜,算是更有驚喜,主菜都好味,應說是前菜更出色吧
