等候上菜前,先嚟一份麵包籃,有3款麵包:意大利香草包、多穀麥種籽包及一款薄脆片,簡單配上油醋,意大利香草包喺小弟嘅心水,除鬆軟又有香草味之外,食得出面面仲灑咗少少鹽粒,夠正宗,而多穀麥麵包帶韌性,富口感,沾上少少油醋已好好食。溫馨提示,麵包仲可以添食架。

Lobster Bique (+$68)

舊同學所選嘅前菜喺法式龍蝦湯,咪以為就咁一碟湯送上,而喺先送嚟一份意式雲吞,下底更墊有少許干邑泡沫,之後再由侍應將龍蝦湯注入碟內,非常有氣派。雖然小弟無試,但舊同學就讚不絕口,龍蝦湯不單蝦鮮味盡出,倒落去時撞勻啲干邑泡沫,滲出微微酒香,甚具畫龍點睛之效,而且,口感絲滑;至於雲吞外皮厚薄剛好,咬落煙韌,裡面包住好多龍蝦肉,鮮甜爽彈,加上外皮掛上少少龍蝦湯,食起嚟就更濃香。

呢一道意式生牛肉薄片真喺以生牛肉為賣點,敢將完完全全生嘅牛肉奉上,當然對牛肉嘅質素充滿自信先敢做。薄薄嘅法國牛肉以手切平鋪晌碟底,色澤艷紅卻唔會有半點血水,配上少少沙律菜、食用花,令賣相更好睇,再伴以鵝肝醬及松露蛋黃醬,以生牛肉捲起所有食材入口,集柔嫩、鹹香、油潤於一身,味道嘅層次豐富。

主菜方面,舊同學揀咗呢一款由店長推介俾佢嘅紅蝦寬條麵,因為紅蝦嚟自西班牙,喺比較少食嘅蝦種,而寬條麵喺大廚嘅自家製出品,夠晒誠意。一身鮮紅嘅紅蝦,比一般蝦種大隻,蝦鮮味比較濃,口感就有別慣常所知嘅爽牙,而喺帶少少黏身;麵條色澤偏橙,富蛋香,而口感柔韌有咬口,並且非常掛汁,講到醬汁,更加入埋蝦膏製作,自不然更具風味,將蝦香味發揮得淋漓盡致。

小弟就簡單啲,揀咗款美國頂級肉眼扒,選五乘熟,順帶一提,侍應上菜時都會為每道菜作出解釋,講講食材嘅亮點,又或一啲特別嘅烹調法,就好似呢一份肉眼,位置就取咗最鮮嫩嘅邊位肉眼蓋,夠刁鑽。睇見成品,就知燒得啱啱好,外層帶焦脆感,裡面紅潤得嚟一啲血水都無,肉質軟腍細緻,卻好有肉味,又富肉汁,件肉眼嘅質素非常之高;此外,伴有南瓜蓉、法邊豆同南瓜脆片,雖然都好食,但略嫌南瓜蓉太少喇,食得唔夠喉啫,哈哈!

另一道喺橙味朱古力慕絲蛋糕,主角朱古力慕絲真喺做得非常柔滑,朱古力味濃郁而帶點甘苦,再慢慢滲出橙香,味道非常有層次,兼且平衡而唔怕搶去其他食材嘅味道;旁邊仲伴有好鬆軟嘅朱古力海綿蛋糕,以及香濃嘅朱古力醬,以完美嘅甜味作結。

舊同學要一杯熱檸檬茶來消消滯,要欣賞嘅喺套茶具,非常雅致漂亮;而小弟最喜歡喺以咖啡嚟襯甜品,咖啡醇香四溢,只要豆靚,即磨出品,都差唔得去邊,更窩心喺仲伴有一小件意大利杏仁曲奇,配咖啡確喺譜出美妙時光。
