平時去黃埔深井陳記都係賣燒鵝同雞,不過今日唔想食燒鵝,轉下口味試下佢地d燒肉先,員工話宜家係燒腩仔黎既,買左半斤試下,叫師傅切細d。眼見師傅手起刀落,真係幫我斬到細細粒。員工吸蓋吸左個開左V型既蓋,我估應該係唔想d皮焗住焗到淋晒,果然細心要讚一讚返到屋企一打開,見到粒粒五層肥瘦均勻,d皮燒到金黃色,老公同仔仔見到一齊試下,點知佢地一食就停唔到口,未開飯已經食左一半,我話留番開飯同d餸一齊食,個仔話叫我下次買多d
